Alan has over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering Customer Experience programmes. He has stood in client shoes in country, region and global management positions. At Compaq, Alan was Customer Advocacy Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa. At Hewlett Packard Alan led Customer Experience solutions for the Global Enterprise Business and Public Sector.
Alan founded Xperience Associates to help companies adopt Customer Experience as a strategy to grow business. He has advised some of the world’s largest organisations including Shell, Nokia and Aviva on how to define, measure and improve customer experience. He is a regular contributor at conferences, in‐company events and judges national customer satisfaction awards. He holds an MSc. from the Cranfield Institute.
