

Alan founded Xperience Associates to help organisations take a more holistic view of how to define, measure and improve their end-2-end customer experience.
Alan has over 20 years’ experience of designing and delivering customer experience programmes. He has held country, region and global management roles in blue chip corporations. At Compaq Alan was Customer Advocacy Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa based in Munich. With Hewlett Packard, Alan had a global role focused on Enterprise accounts, SMB and the Public Sector.
Since forming Xperience Assocaites Alan has advised senior leaders and practitioners in leading corporations, including Nokia, Shell International and Aviva Insurance Group. Alan is a regular contributor at conferences and internal company events.
