Coaching Teams
After the main assignment is complete, we are often asked by a client to provide additional help and guidance to their country champions. This can be at a distance over the phone,teleconference and Webex sessions. The common thread is we get a lot of satisfaction from seeing people take on new approaches and helping them to succeed.
Using our network on contacts, we have also helped clients fill internal positions within their own organisation . On occasion we have stepped in to manage customer teams on an interim basis until a permanent hire can be found.
